Targeting Fundraising Talent is a blog aimed at tackling common problems faced by managers and leaders in the field of development. Assisted by leaders in the field and her colleagues across the country, Chelsey Megli strives to take a new look at how fundraising talent can be recruited, hired, and successfully retained in an increasingly competitive non-profit hiring arena.

Chelsey has spent her career in non-profit talent management. Currently she is the Director of Talent Management for University of Oregon Advancement, where she leads programs in training and professional development, diversity and inclusion, recruitment, onboarding, development metrics, career mapping, and organizational health. She speaks regularly at national conferences and forums and has been featured in multiple publications.
